Certificates
We are a certified specialist company for the development, design, and manufacturing of precision tools in stamping and forming technology, as well as the production of prototype parts, small series, and laser-cut products, according to EN 9100 and DIN EN ISO 9001.
DIN EN ISO 9001: Systematic Reliability
In an industry where microns matter, we can't leave quality to chance. Our certification is our central promise to you: Reliability through systematic approach. DIN EN ISO 9001 is a globally recognized standard. It ensures that our internal processes are structured in such a way that your project risk is minimized.
- Security through Standards: Validated processes guarantee consistently high component quality without outliers.
- Transparency & Trust: Every stage of your order is clearly documented – from material procurement to shipping.
- Efficiency that makes a difference: Optimized processes mean less waste and shorter lead times for your projects.
For us, DIN EN ISO 9001 is not a necessary evil, but a tool for risk minimization. In industries like the automotive industry, errors must be avoided. Our certified management system functions like a „checklist on the dashboard“: it ensures that every action is performed correctly, every check is documented, and every component leaves our plant in perfect condition, even under high pressure.
Controlled processes
You will receive the exact same quality with the 1,000th unit as with the first prototype.
Error management
Should an error occur, it will not only be corrected, but the root cause will be systematically eliminated.
Seamless documentation
You have full legal certainty and traceability for every component and every material.
Continuous Optimization
We are constantly questioning ourselves to manufacture for you even more efficiently and cost-effectively.
Why we go to this trouble
For us, the DIN EN ISO 9001 not a necessary evil, but A risk mitigation tool. In industries like automotive manufacturing, mistakes can be fatal. Our certified management system acts like a „checklist on the dashboard“: it ensures that every step is executed correctly, every test is documented, and every component leaves our plant in perfect condition, even under high pressure.
„Quality means the customer returns, not the merchandise.“ The DIN EN ISO 9001 is our roadmap to ensure exactly that on every order.
EN 9100 guaranteed security
Aerospace-grade manufacturing
In the aerospace and defense industries, there is no room for error. Certification according to EN 9100 (technically equivalent to AS 9100 and JISQ 9100) is the highest global standard for quality management in these sectors. For you as our customer, this means: We manufacture your components under the strictest control mechanisms the industry knows.
While DIN EN ISO 9001 forms the basis, EN 9100 builds upon it where reliability is decisive for success and safety.
What does this mean specifically for your project?
- Plagiarism Prevention Through strict supplier evaluations, we ensure that only certified original material is used in your components.
- First Article Inspection (FAI): Wir verifizieren den ersten Artikel einer Serie extrem detailliert, um sicherzustellen, dass die gesamte Produktion zu 100% Ihren Spezifikationen entspricht.
- Error prevention instead of correction: Our thinking is programmed to avoid errors, which significantly increases the quality of your final products.
Proactive risk management
Possible manufacturing risks are identified before the first chip is cut. This guarantees you absolute adherence to deadlines and functional reliability.
Variable configuration
Every change to the component or process is seamlessly monitored. You receive precisely the status that your design specifies – without deviations.
Strict traceability
We document the path of every material back to the melt. This offers you maximum security for liability issues and material certifications.
Focus on product safety
Our processes are designed to maintain the integrity of the component throughout its entire lifecycle.
Why this standard is also valuable for non-aerospace customers
Even if your project is not intended for aviation, you will directly benefit from this certification. The EN 9100 forces us to operational excellence, which goes far beyond the industry standard.
At an altitude of 10,000 meters, perfection is non-negotiable. We bring this standard down to earth – directly to your project.
