Ours ZPS MCV 2080 is a proven milling machine for heavy and precise machining. Reliably in use for many years, we manufacture tools for prototypes and small series as well as selected individual parts on it.
The kinematics are based on a cross slide (Y-axis) and a longitudinal slide (X-axis) moving on it. The stable design with roller guideways, a load capacity of up to 3,000 kg, and direct path measurement in all axes ensures high dimensional accuracy.
A Heidenhain control integrated into the network implements programs created in the CAM system, enabling the manufacturing of complex geometries with impressive surface quality.
